Office Manager
Maritza is our office manager and the heart of our front office. She keeps everything running smoothly while making sure patients of all ages feel comfortable, welcome, and well cared for.
Andrea Ward, PMHNP
Andrea is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who shares office space within the suite. She operates her own independent practice while maintaining a collaborative professional relationship with Lizzy to support continuity of care.
During times when Lizzy is unavailable (such as scheduled time away), Andrea may provide coverage for urgent concerns, medication-related questions, and refill requests, helping ensure continued access to timely care when needed.
Frances Jacqueline Young, RPm
Virtual Assistant/ Scribe (HIPAA Certified)
Frances is a remote healthcare virtual assistant and scribe with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and professional credentials as a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) in the Philippines. She provides clear, accurate, and organized documentation while supporting Lizzy behind the scenes and helping maintain an efficient clinic workflow.
Onyx (Therapy Dog)
Onyx is a friendly and well-loved therapy dog who is part of Andrea’s practice. You may see her around the office during your visits.
She enjoys gentle attention and is always happy to say hello—if you’re comfortable, feel free to give her a treat or some affection.
