What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a variety of major insurance providers. However, coverage can vary significantly depending on your specific plan. Prior to your first visit, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier to verify your Behavioral Health benefits and any applicable deductibles.
What is the self-pay rate if I don't have insurance?
For clients without insurance coverage, we offer self-pay rates for initial evaluations and follow-up sessions. Please contact our office directly for a current fee schedule and to discuss payment arrangements.
Please note: Insurance coverage is verified prior to services, and self-pay may not be used in place of active insurance coverage.
How do I pay my copay or balance?
Copayments are due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, or check. Our billing team is available to assist with any questions regarding your statement.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may need it. We do not reschedule new patient intake appointments that are canceled late or no call/no show.
